For Pins and Mobile Flows, you can now target your audience based on their interactions with other Pins and Mobile Flows. Here are two quick examples of places this might be valuable:
Follow up with customers who need support:If you're seeing high engagement with a Pin placed to reduce confusion, add another Pin that offers users further support if they need it–targeted specifically to those individuals who've interacted with the first one.
Here's how this new option looks on the Pin Settings page:
Build more relevant mobile experiences:Target mobile app users based on what content they have already seen or not seen. For instance, serve up a flow that congratulates users for reaching a key milestone, like completing an onboarding flow, by targeting those specific individuals.
