What are Goals?
Goals help measure how your Appcues experiences are influencing user behavior.
They connect the dots between a user seeing a message and doing something because of it. Instead of just tracking who finished a Flow, Goals show who took the next step that matters.
⭐️ What’s new?
Goals now give you more ways to see what’s working with:
  • A new table view that makes it easy to see, search, and sort your Goals
  • Support for Goals around events related to Mobile Flows, Emails, Push Notifications, Pins, and Workflows
  • Optional descriptions to add clarity and context for your team
  • The ability to see a list of users have completed each Goal
🚀 Ready to get started?
To create a new Goal:
  1. Go to Metrics → Goals → Create a Goal.
  2. Choose the event or user property that defines success.
  3. Name your Goal, add a description, and you’re good to go.
After that, add your Goal to a Flow to automatically track how many users who saw that experience go on to complete the Goal — giving you a clearer view of how Flows are driving outcomes that matter.
