AI:

Captain AI — our in-product AI assistant — is faster than ever and keeps getting smarter. Here's what you can do with it now:

Draft segments:
Describe who you want to reach and Captain AI will identify the right conditions, size up the eligible audience, and save a draft for you to review before it goes live.
Analyze funnels:
See how users move (or drop off) across any sequence of 2–10 steps, then pull a list of users who dropped at a specific step to build a follow-up Segment.
Review pending changes:
Compare your draft and published content and get a clear summary of what's changed since you last published.
Diagnose display issues:
Captain AI can read your Flow frequency and throttling settings, so troubleshooting why something isn't showing up is a lot faster.
Audit experience connections:
See how your experiences are connected, which ones rely on a specific event or CSS selector, or what triggers a particular flow — before you make app changes that could break live content.

Embeds (Beta):
Place experiences directly alongside your product UI for non-intrusive guidance that looks and feels native. Style them any way you want and guide users without blocking their flow. This feature will be available for beta access soon; reach out to the Appcues team if you’d like to join!
Next-gen NPS (Beta):
NPS surveys are getting a major upgrade. Soon, run multiple at once, customize colors and properties, track events, and publish to mobile web. Plus, localize with inline edits, .xliff uploads, or one-click AI translation. This feature is currently in beta; reach out to the Appcues team if you’d like to join!
