December 2024 Updates
What's New
New & improved 🆕✨
- Multi-channel messaging (Beta): If you’ve started exploring our new workflow builder, give yourself a high five—you’re unlocking next-level user engagement! 🙌 If not, now might be the perfect time— check out all the updates we made last month!
- Sending windows:Control when messages hit users. 😍 Choose specific days to send, set start and end times for your window, and even define global defaults or override them for special cases.
- Email templates:Explore fresh options for NPS follow-ups, checklist nudges, and re-engagement emails. Plus, templates now save subject lines and preview text, making it faster than ever to build and send messages.
- Enhanced message analytics:See exactly how your emails and push notifications impact user behavior with detailed funnel charts. Track workflow completions, segment entries, and goal achievements with ease.
- Start and Push nodes analytics:Dive deeper into user behavior with detailed lists of the individuals who have entered a Workflow.
- Streamlined navigation: You might have noticed a sleeker, faster navigation—making it easier to get to the pages you need.
- Mobile Flows: Ready to bring users back to your mobile app with push notifications (see the above update 😉)? Now you can easily encourage users to opt in right from a Flow. Select “Prompt push permission” as the button action, and users can enable notifications directly in your app. ✨
Coming Soon 🚧👀
- 🧪 Localized banners and launchpad: We’re rethinking how you localize web content, starting with banners, which is now in beta. Add translations directly in the builder, bulk translate via .xliff files, or simply use our AI-powered translation feature with a single click. We also have full RTL language support! Want to be part of beta? Reach out to support@appcues.com.
- 🧪 Enhanced segment previews: Know exactly who you’re targeting. Now in beta, see exact user counts and detailed lists when building segments.
