Click to track events now come with history
Setting up a click to track event used to mean starting from zero. Data collected from the moment you created it, so you had to predict every event you'd want at install time. Miss one and the history was gone.
New click to track events are backfilled automatically, for analytics and for targeting. Appcues records raw click activity continuously, so when you create an event we fill in the past. Change or add a selector on an existing event and the history fills in again.
Backfill reaches to 14 July 2026, or your install date, whichever is later.
