Appcues now keeps an eye on your account for you. Insights scans what's live and surfaces the issues and opportunities that are easy to miss, so problems get caught before your users hit them.
📌 What is Insights?
Insights is a second set of eyes on your Appcues account. It checks your live experiences, targeting, and properties, then tells you what needs attention and what to do about it. Here's what it catches today:
- Typos and broken links:Spots spelling errors, grammar slips, and dead links
- Dormant experiences:Flags published Flows and Pins with no recent activity
- Stale targeting properties:Checks whether the properties driving your targeting have gone quiet in the last 90 days
- Unused account properties:Audits account and group properties with no activity in 30 days, cross-checks whether they're still referenced in any experience or segment, and recommends which stale, unused ones to hide
