Analytics
Access all your experience analytics data without an export
Finding out who dismissed a Flow, or which button they clicked on step three, meant exporting a CSV and using a spreadsheet.
Every experience in the new App now has an Analytics tab. It shows completion, dismiss and click-through rates, then follows users step by step: who saw each step, where the most users dropped off, how long they stayed, and how many clicked each button and link. Click

on any number to see the people behind it without needing an export.Flows, Banners, Pins, Embeds, Checklists, Launchpads and NPS each get their own layout. Launchpads show link clicks, Flows launched and top searches.
